About Sarah
From the dinner table to the negotiating table
Property has been part of my story from an early age. My parents and brother worked in real estate, and my cousins remain in the industry today. Property conversations were part of everyday life in my family. Around the dinner table I learned that every transaction represents something much bigger - a family decision, a financial milestone or a new chapter.
My varied career has been built around understanding people, navigating complexity and communicating with purpose. Those years shaped how I listen, problem solve and stay composed when it matters most. And before I was ever licensed, I was on the other side of the table myself, buying and selling as a client.
Having called Auckland home since 1998, I bring deep local knowledge, market insight and a genuine appreciation for the character of this city, from the timeless elegance of Parnell to its dynamic urban lifestyle.
